Delivery will be deemed to have taken place in accordance with the Contract when delivery of the Goods is made by the Company to the delivery address agreed between the Company and the Customer. The Customer shall not be entitled to raise any claim for non delivery or short shipment of the Goods unless within 5 working days of the date of the Company's invoice the Customer gives written notice to the Company providing the Company with full details of the claim. The invoice for the Goods will be raised by the Company on or after the date of despatch of the Goods to the agreed delivery address.

The Company shall be entitled to assume that any person who both reasonably appears and claims to have authority to accept delivery of the Goods, who signs a note in respect of the Goods on behalf of the Customer or the Customer's customer (if the Company has agreed to deliver direct to the Customer's customer) does in fact have the authority.

Any dates and delivery times quoted for the delivery of the Goods are given in good faith and approximate only and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of Goods howsoever caused.

Failure to deliver at the time stated will not be sufficient cause for cancellation and the Company will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses consequential or otherwise suffered by the Customer.

Partial delivery of orders by the Company is allowed unless mutually agreed in writing by both parties. Failure by the Company to deliver the rest of the Goods shall not entitle the Customer either to treat the order as a whole repudiated or to refuse to accept delivery of any other order or delivery from the Company.

If the address for delivery of the Goods agreed between the Customer and the Company is for delivery by the Company directly to the Customer's customer then for all purposes in connection with these Conditions any such direct delivery shall be deemed to be delivery to the Customer and any refusal by the Customer's customer to accept such delivery shall be deemed to be a refusal by the Customer.

The Customer shall bear all costs associated with the unjustified refusal of Goods delivered. If the Goods are refused on the grounds that the Customer wrongly placed the order, and the Company accepts the refusal, then the Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for the return transportation and administrative expenses related thereto.

Suitability of Goods

We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with appropriate manufacturers before ordering.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

As a result of continuing product development the specification or design of goods may vary.

Returns / Faulty Goods

In most cases a call to the manufacturer will resolve any technical issues you may have with the goods, you may be offered a replacement or repair under the terms of your warranty.

If you wish to return faulty goods for a refund or replacement you must first call our Customer services team on 01603 613969 to discuss your request.

If within 7 working days starting the day after delivery of receiving the goods you wish to return them and cancel your order, you should call our Customer Services Department on 01603613969 and you must confirm your request in writing or another durable medium including letter, fax or email. Our email address is [email protected]. We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours. A phone call only is not enough. We can only accept the return of goods providing the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused condition or in the condition in which they were received. A full refund will be given as soon as possible or within 30 days. However, business users will be charged an administration charge of 20% and the original carriage charge. You are responsible for the return carriage and insurance of the goods back to us.

For business users the return of goods is entirely at our discretion.

Any goods returned to us without prior authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

We are legally obliged to return your money within 30 days the latest. However, should you fail to return the goods after a full refund we can charge you the direct costs of recovery and offset the amount against the refund due.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason un-enforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the reaming terms and conditions.

Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

Unwanted Goods

If you are a business customer, you may return any unopened goods, in original condition, which can be sold again “as new”, within 14 days after the day of receipt of the goods. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the goods. Please email our Customer Care department [email protected] to arrange a return. You will be refunded in full (except for delivery charges) once the goods have been received and confirmed “as new”. You will be liable for all administrative costs associated with the return of the goods, and this may well constitute a restocking fee which you will be advised of when arranging your return. Returns must be adequately packed and the RMA number clearly displayed without marking the original packaging.

We do not accept returns after 14 days from the day of receipt of goods, or on goods which have been opened and cannot be sold again "as new."
