General Conditions of Sale
Payment
We accept credit and debit card payments, PayPal and Payment on Account..
If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
All products remain the property of Photostatic Anglia Ltd, until payment has been received in full.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Non Account Customers - Strictly cash with order or on collection.
Account Customers - Strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.
All equipment (printers, presses, plotters) are sold strictly as payment in advance to both account and non-account customers.
Credit Accounts will be automatically be placed on hold where invoices are overdue for payment or credit limit is exceeded.
Returned or represented cheques will be charged at £20.00 per representation.
All goods are subject to availability.
Delivery
UK Mainland Addresses
Free next business day delivery is available on all orders where the value of the order excluding VAT is £125.00 or above, UK Mainland only. All other UK Mainland only orders will be subject to a £6.50 + VAT delivery charge.

* Next-Working-Day delivery is not a guaranteed service, but we will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive when we say.
Should the correct delivery charge not be taken automatically at the checkout we will inform you before despatch, and a payment adjustment may be necessary.
Delivery will be deemed to have taken place in accordance with the Contract when delivery of the Goods is made by the Company to the delivery address agreed between the Company and the Customer. The Customer shall not be entitled to raise any claim for non delivery or short shipment of the Goods unless within 5 working days of the date of the Company's invoice the Customer gives written notice to the Company providing the Company with full details of the claim. The invoice for the Goods will be raised by the Company on or after the date of despatch of the Goods to the agreed delivery address.
The Company shall be entitled to assume that any person who both reasonably appears and claims to have authority to accept delivery of the Goods, who signs a note in respect of the Goods on behalf of the Customer or the Customer's customer (if the Company has agreed to deliver direct to the Customer's customer) does in fact have the authority.
Any dates and delivery times quoted for the delivery of the Goods are given in good faith and approximate only and the Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of Goods howsoever caused.
Failure to deliver at the time stated will not be sufficient cause for cancellation and the Company will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses consequential or otherwise suffered by the Customer.
Partial delivery of orders by the Company is allowed unless mutually agreed in writing by both parties. Failure by the Company to deliver the rest of the Goods shall not entitle the Customer either to treat the order as a whole repudiated or to refuse to accept delivery of any other order or delivery from the Company.
If the address for delivery of the Goods agreed between the Customer and the Company is for delivery by the Company directly to the Customer's customer then for all purposes in connection with these Conditions any such direct delivery shall be deemed to be delivery to the Customer and any refusal by the Customer's customer to accept such delivery shall be deemed to be a refusal by the Customer.
The Customer shall bear all costs associated with the unjustified refusal of Goods delivered. If the Goods are refused on the grounds that the Customer wrongly placed the order, and the Company accepts the refusal, then the Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for the return transportation and administrative expenses related thereto.
Suitability of Goods
We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with appropriate manufacturers before ordering.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
As a result of continuing product development the specification or design of goods may vary.
Returns
Returns / Faulty Goods
In most cases a call to the manufacturer will resolve any technical issues you may have with the goods, you may be offered a replacement or repair under the terms of your warranty.
If you wish to return faulty goods for a refund or replacement you must first call our Customer services team on 01603 613969 to discuss your request.
If within 7 working days starting the day after delivery of receiving the goods you wish to return them and cancel your order, you should call our Customer Services Department on 01603613969 and you must confirm your request in writing or another durable medium including letter, fax or email. Our email address is [email protected]. We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours. A phone call only is not enough. We can only accept the return of goods providing the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused condition or in the condition in which they were received. A full refund will be given as soon as possible or within 30 days. However, business users will be charged an administration charge of 20% and the original carriage charge. You are responsible for the return carriage and insurance of the goods back to us.
For business users the return of goods is entirely at our discretion.
Any goods returned to us without prior authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
We are legally obliged to return your money within 30 days the latest. However, should you fail to return the goods after a full refund we can charge you the direct costs of recovery and offset the amount against the refund due.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason un-enforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the reaming terms and conditions.
Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law.
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
Unwanted Goods
If you are a business customer, you may return any unopened goods, in original condition, which can be sold again “as new”, within 14 days after the day of receipt of the goods. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the goods. Please email our Customer Care department [email protected] to arrange a return. You will be refunded in full (except for delivery charges) once the goods have been received and confirmed “as new”. You will be liable for all administrative costs associated with the return of the goods, and this may well constitute a restocking fee which you will be advised of when arranging your return. Returns must be adequately packed and the RMA number clearly displayed without marking the original packaging.
We do not accept returns after 14 days from the day of receipt of goods, or on goods which have been opened and cannot be sold again "as new."

Products, together with VAT, are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of order.
All quoted or listed prices are based on the cost to Photostatic Anglia Ltd, of supplying the Products to the Customer. If before delivery of the Products there occurs any increase in any way of such costs in respect of Products which have not yet been delivered, the price payable may be subject to amendment without notice and at Photostatic Anglia Ltd discretion.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
No liability will be accepted by the Company for any defects arising from wilful damage fair wear and tear negligence misuse abnormal working conditions failure to comply with the Company's or manufacturer's published instructions (whether oral or in writing) or any repair or modification of the Goods undertaken without the Company's prior consent.
Until the total price for the Goods is paid by the Customer the Company will be under no obligation in respect of the above warranty
All warranties, conditions or other terms implied by common law or statute, or otherwise in connection with the sale or supply of Goods or Goods or services (save, in the case of Goods as to title) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Upon notification by the Customer of any claim in respect of a defect in the quality or condition of the Goods the Company shall either notify the Customer whether the policy of the manufacturer of the Goods is to deal with the Customer direct in accordance with the manufacturer's procedures (in which case the Customer shall deal with the manufacturer direct provided the Company gives sufficient details to enable the Customer to do so) or provide the Customer with a “Goods Returns Note Number” (“GRN number”) (in which case the Customer shall return the Goods to the Company in their original unmarked packaging together with full supporting documentation with details of the defect and GRN number and the Customer's name and address).This clause only applies to such Goods which the Customer is entitled to return to the Company as provided in these conditions.
In no event shall the Company be under any liability to the Customer whatsoever for any direct or indirect economic or financial loss or damage (including without limit any loss of profits, loss of revenue, liabilities incurred by the Customer to third parties, or additional expenses incurred or the cost of time spent) or any consequential, indirect, or special loss or damage costs expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (including without limit loss of damage to data or loss of goodwill) incurred or suffered by the Customer and in every case howsoever caused or arising (and whether caused by the negligence of the Company, its employees or agents or otherwise).
The liability of the Company for any direct loss or damage arising from damage to property for which the Company is liable shall be limited to the VAT exclusive price of the relevant Goods in respect of which the claim for damage or loss is made.
The Company does not exclude or limit by these conditions any liability the Company may have for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
The Company shall not be liable to the Customer for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations or be deemed to be in breach of any contract which is due to or results from any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond the Company's reasonable control:-
Delays or defaults of suppliers
Act of God, flood, explosion, tempest, fire, or accident to plant or equipment
War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition.
cts restrictions regulations byelaws prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental or parliamentary or local authority.
Import or Export regulations or embargoes.
Industrial actions including strike lock out or other or trade disputes (whether involving employees of the Company or a third party)
Shortages of any stock materials fuel parts or labour whether on behalf of the Company or difficulties of the Company's suppliers in obtaining any stock, materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery.

The Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereto submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE:
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login and password and for restricting access to your online account ordering facility. By using our website you agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your login and password and that you will take all steps necessary to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure.
